2009 Business Goals

Hi Everyone!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas holidays and the new year is right around the corner! There are so many things that happened in 2008. I did not expect my clientale would increase as it did this year. I obtained great clients from freelance websites such as Elance, Guru, and Ki-Work. Most importantly, I have learned to useful time management skills as I continued graduate school, worked a full-time job, and managed my VA business in the evening.

As the year 2008 comes to an end, it's time to think about 2009. What are your business goals for the upcoming year? Since I started my VA practice part-time mid-July, here are a few to start off and hopefully I can add more as time goes by:

1. Commit to blogging at least twice a week
2. Open a separate business account for expenses/income, etc.
3. Apply for a business license
4. Obtain at least 2 new clients each quarter. (This is a tough one!)
5. Increase my referral team of VAs
6. Enjoy my business client relationships and most importantly - have fun in the VA business!!

Until next time...have a happy New Year and see you in 2009!!!

Happy Holidays!!

Hello everyone!

Whew! I know I haven't made that particular committment to blog on a weekly basis, but trust me - this is on my 2009 list of goals to achieve for the next year! As the year comes to a close, I am jotting down those items and will definitely let you know after the holidays and see if I can incorporate more ideas as time passes by.

Before I travel to visit family and friends, I want to say HAPPY HOLIDAYS to my clients, virtual assistant associates, and loyal friends I have made online through networking websites.

May the joy and happiness of the holiday season be yours throughout the coming year. I wish you the very best this holiday season and hope you have a happy New Year!
